Where Our Bagels Come From
Our bagels are made by Louie Thompson, founder of Terrace Bagels a Brooklyn favorite since 1981. Louie built his craft the classic way: hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh every morning.
He opened his first shop on a small street in Park Slope, then expanded to Freehold Township. His dedication was real 80-hour weeks, seven days a week, just to perfect the kind of bagel people line up for.
Today, Bagel Angel proudly bakes Louie’s bagels, bringing true New York–style flavor to Temple University.
